Tammy White has over 23 years of teaching experience in the field of Special Education and received her Master of Education degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In addition, Ms. White has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in the Special Education department. Her work over the past 10 years has focused primarily on collaborating with families and school districts to develop and enhance intensive ABA programs for students with Autism. Ms. White collaborated in the development and taught in the Model Autism Training Classrooms established in the Los Al amitos and Clark County school districts. These classrooms provided ABA programming for students as well as hands-on training for administrators, autism specialists, teachers, and staff. Ms. White has presented at local and national conferences on topics related to educational programming for students with Autism, Inclusive Programming for student with severe disabilities and Positive Behavioral Supports for Students with Emotional Disturbance. She also co-authored chapters in It's Time For School: Building Quality ABA Educational Programs for Students with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
