Robins Hall & Loats Theater Replacement Project
Project Description
The Robins/Loats Theater Replacement Project will remove and
replace the existing structure. The design will honor and replicate the existing
architecture with modern enhancements within the administration offices, science
classrooms, library, food services and the new five hundred seat theater.
Project Status
Demolition of the existing structure will begin summer 2007
and new construction will begin this fall. The expected completion will be fall
2009.
Community Impacts
During the demolition phase the parking spaces directly
adjacent to the property along 15th St and Irvine Ave will be closed for public
safety. During both phases there will be construction noise commensurate with
the type of work being performed. All City ordinances, State codes and health
regulations will be strictly followed.
